Trip to Kaua'i

This year we were privilaged to go to Kauai with Grandpa Chuck and Tika and what a wonderful time we had! It was absolutely beautiful and just a 25 minute flight from Oahu.

We were privilaged to stay with Grandpa Chuck and Tika on Moola'a Bay in a beautiful condo right on the beach!

Kayaking the Wailua River Adventure!
We kayaked 2 1/2 miles then hiked a mile to a beautiful water fall then kayaked back.

Kasen and I couldn't steer for the life of us so our guide hooked us to his and here is Kasen relaxing while the tour guide and I paddle us!

Glass Beach

The "sand" is made of all bits of recycled glass bottles from the recycling plant that was washed away into the ocean when the Hurricane hit several years ago. The waves and sand make the glass smooth!





I found ophi's!!!!!  They were covering the rocks!

Such a beautiful and relaxing trip and a great way to celebrate 12 years of marriage!
